CANCELLATION POLICY:
*12hr Cancellation Noticed Required
Should you not give 12 hours notice you will be charged for a 1 hour for session based on the current office rate. If you have purchased a membership package that 1 hour will be deducted from the hours in your package. However we do understand that emergencies do happen so for legitimate circumstances exceptions will be made. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
LATE POLICY:
Your time is your time. The clock starts on the minute you scheduled your appointment. Should you be late we will begin when you arrive and end when your appointment was originally scheduled to end. As your time is as valuable as ours please be on time for your appointment. And in very rare cases: Should we be the one running late you will receive your full time or a discounted session if you need to end your appointment at the originally scheduled time.
NO SHOW:
Not showing up for a scheduled appointment with no notice or phone call will result in full charge for a session. For instance, If we didn't show for an appointment your next one is on us and in the same respect the client would be responsible for covering the full amount of a missed session.
